Honestly, if you want true character coverage just play Fox. Everyone one of his match-ups are even or in his favor. But in the case you don't want to contribute to the countless Fox mains everywhere. Falco can beat most characters and doesn't have a losing match-up(that i can think of)

Pivot Fmash is definitely faster and you're still able to use it to avoid an attack and hit it. It's definitely harder to perform than a wavedash back Fmash, but if you practice and get it down consistent, I think it is definitely a better option. Just like with anything though. mix-ups are...

PPMD and M2K are my favorites to watch. I've met M2K and he played friendlies with me which was cool. I really want to meet PPMD, because his take on the game and how he talks/analyzes it is amazing to me.

I don't know the exact name for this, but it usually happens when 1 player is trying to grab and "clanks" with the other player's attack, it cancels both and the person who is attacking gets pushed away.
