Yes, he's a viable tourney character. Pretty much anyone is in Brawl. The gap between characters isn't as big as it was in melee, and since more of the game relies on playing smart rather than playing technical, any character can do well as long as the player is skilled with the character.

I play very similar to you except you're WAY too predictable. All you do is homing missile spam -> SH d-air. Mix is up a bit. Most of Samus's moves are great, which is good because you have many options and if you use them effectively, you can pretty much negate the whole reduced...

Sweet. Found someone to work for me. I'll be leaving at 11:30 AM so I should be there by noon. I'll be bringing a setup and I could bring a VCR as well, but I'm running low on tapes. If I did bring any I'd probably have to record over older footage.
