    There's a 20second cooldown before you can post again, and I forgot to post a second comment after it finished lol:

    Was gonna say that you should search facebook for a local/regional smash group (generally where most local discussion takes place in the smash scene). You'll be much more likely to find a playing partner or local tournies/fests there.
