[Superior Tactics] ; Deity-Level Robin Guide

[Superior Tactics] ; Deity-Level Robin Guide

This guide really helped in improving my Robin game
The optimal robin guide. Can't wait till it's finished and has everything a robin needs to know.
This guide is amazing. So much detail and information on everything about Robin. I've been a Robin player for a very long time, and even then I didn't know half the info you shared in this guide. The guide itself really shows that you put a lot of time and effort into making it. Fantastic work.
I absolutely love this guide. It's my favorite character guide out of all of them. The colors are great, and I hope they make a return in later phases. I saw they kind of disappeared in El Viento. Other than that, great work, please keep updating.
I've never seen a guide like this before. This sets the bar for all other guides to a level of information and depth I haven't seen. You obviously know just about everything there is to know about Robin. I'll be using this guide a lot and referring it to my friends.
I can almost feel the raw energy radiating off of my screen as I read this guide. You can tell the author truly loves this character and immensely enjoys teaching Robin to the rest of the world. Best guide for any character I've ever read, 10/10.
Im just a 3DS scrub, but this is the best Robin guide ive seen so far. 5 Stars for you my friend.
High-Quality Guide. Ideas and tactics are presented in a logical manner with clear divisions in sections. The text and background, as well as highlighted words and definitions make for easy reading.

+2 Stars for Sun Tzu.

Looking forward to the rest.
I love this. The beginning makes you feel like you're reading "How To Be A God 101" and there was so much depth. I feel like an important thing for guides is making the player want to learn the character and this certainly made me want to do so! Can't wait for the next phases.
Very in depth and informative. It helped me get a better grasp on Robin as a character, and what (s)he is capable of. Very much worth the read for anyone interested in the character.
Great guide forgot to rate it when it came out so I'm rereading it now. The colors kind of get obnoxius though :/. Some hitbox pictures would be a really cool addition!
Great and incredibly helpful guide, Robin has been my main since the 3DS days and this guide has plenty of information I was not aware. Especially appreciated the Nosferatu section as I almost never use that tome.
I am a dedicated Robin main.

And I suck at smash.

I'm glad that somebody made a guide like this to help scrubs like me become less of a scrub and more of an appreciated noob that tried.

This tells most of the tips and tricks of one of the hardest characters in smash 4, and honestly, one of the best. Teaching you of different techniques, strategies, and (not so) secret moves you can pull on your friends to make you look like somewhat of a pro.

Plus, I really like the different colors
Robin is my 4th main (probably 3rd if Shulk was not so damn good) and my fun main (because he's so much fun to use!), this guide has opened a lot more of posibilities that would never had thought of before, I offer my appreciation and thanks to the owner of this guide, it can almost compare to the Palutena's one (which is another one I admire as well).

On a side note, the jabs changed around, the wind jab is now much harder to escape from and the fire jab is not as easy to hit as before, Thoron also got reduced Knockback so you might want to change some few things around, for me, these changes can potentially mean a huge change for experienced Robin mains.
A must-read for the Robin main. Whether you're planning to pick up Robin or you've already mained Robin for quite some time, there is sure to be many new techniques to better your game, and refresh your fundamentals on how to play a character such as Robin.

I hope to see how the 1.0.6 update is covered, as it's sure to be a big update, and Robin, seeing as he's on the low end of the japanese tierlist, may see some buffs that allow for more versatile strategies, which I'm eager to see explained in this guide!

Also because this review will be removed if I don't say anything useful, I suppose I should let you know that I mained Robin because of this guide. I'm sad and lonely.
Great guide! I am a Robin Main and you gave me some tips on some things I didn't know/never tried. Thank you <3!
Overall, this is an excellent guide. In depth, well organized, and catering to all degrees of players. That said, phase 0 is extremely hard to read as it is black text on a black background.
Suggestions, Pros, and Cons

Key: + = Pro, - = Con, 0 = Suggestion

+ -Colors are not as glaring as before since my last review.

+ -Secret Techniques Dawn and Dusk are more of realizing the hitbox of Nos, though Arcfire-> Tome Throw is very situational(I'd rather do Arcfire->UAir if I can, but it's an option if you aren't close enough).

+ -Guide is much more detailed, including damage percentages of Robin's attacks and frame data.

- -Skyloft in the stage section needs more information, and it'd be nice if I would get an understanding for the "13 R" rating. It confuses me to no end.

- -Phase 12, 13, 14, and 15 are missing information. Foxtrot section in Phase 11 does go over foxtrotting for Robin, but going backwards AND forwards at will requires a Perfect Pivot, lest you want to pivot.

- -Nosferatu section could look at cleaning up the paragraph to make it simpler. Nosferatu technically recovers % based on the difference between Robin's % and the opponent's current %.

0 - Add this Transcendent Priority projectile next to Samus' Charge Beam at the start of Phase 9: Lucario's Aura Ball(Charged).
great guide! match ups and how to handle them are very helpful! lots of info for advanced robins as well as beginners.
