Zelda Broken? Too Good?

I am surrounded by people who genuinely think Zelda is broke/really good. I have suggested many reasons as to why she is mid tier at best and I point out the big reason as if you get in on Zelda she is done for.... I have pointed out other things too.

Can you help me out with this argument? I am curious as to her faults as well.

Yeah of course but there is already a thread that is talking all about this. Head over to the Zelda Balanced and MU thread. I think you'll find a lot of stuff there and opinions on the topic.
