when desynch ?

well, i'm an IC's player from Brazil

i'm pretty good with IC's but actually i'm with some problems, i want to include desynch in my gameplay, but i want to know from u guys when u desynch and want desynch u use, beacuse i desynch in the game but my desynchs aren't as efective as i saw in some videos and i want to become better in using this useful technique

i de synch when ever i have to roll so the roll isn't a total waste....
i also do it when there is a small distance between me and who ever im playing....
i love nana ice block to grab....but people start to catch on so watch out....
