Video with Sheik?

I found a video while surfing YouTube today, that was a compilation of SSE clips, but had a clip of Sheik in the middle. Now, I don't know if this particular clip was from some promotional footage from Melee so I was hoping someone could tell me. Odds are, it's a fan made video considering the fact that the creator used music from パワプロ, but I could be wrong. He just lists it as a song from the game, but I don't know if he just overlayed the track onto an existing Japanese commercial??
