Hey man, my name is Typhl0si0n, and this is my first Blast Burn playthrough of Pokemon Y. What's a Blast Burn playthrough? Well, here's a brief explaination:

RULES:
* Must only use Fire-Types, minus HM Slaves.
* If any Pokemon is KO'd, they must never be used again through the playthrough.
* Can only use Pokemon Centers once per town.
* Cannot soft reset for good abilities.
* Cannot use O-Powers.
* Cannot use Max Potions, Full Restores, and any status condition- healing items.
* Cannot use Pokemon Amie
* Cannot use Super Training
* Cannot use Legendaries
* Cannot use Mega Evolutions
* Cannot use the Battle Chatua (?)
* Must beat the game while holding 500 Fire Stones.
* Both Starters must have Blast Burn when they can learn it.
* If defeated by a trainer- any trainer- you lose, and must restart.

So yeah, pretty much. I haven't started yet in fear this thread-game will be deleted, so I need to make sure it's okay. I saw someone else do something similar, so... yeah.

Well, there doesn't seem to be any problems, so I'll begin this thing. I'll update once a day my current status. Today being skipped because I have to try out my new dlc for black ops 2. Don't worry- there will be quite the tale tomorrow.

~Chapter 1~
Fyre Begins

Sometimes, I dream dark dreams- dreams of burning the entire world and laughing in enjoyment as I did so. I don't know why, but it wasn't painful like a nightmare. Has a sickness come over me, or is it a warning? Or is it anything at all?

I wake up one morning to the sharp Peck of my mother's Fetchling. I hate it when it does that, but I'm use to it. Instead of grumbling, I arose from my bed and changed out of my pajamas and into my clothes. Then I proceeded downstairs, only to be greeted by my ever-awake mother.

"Morning Fyre! You sure slept well. All rested up from the move?" Yeah. I sure wasn't. The nightmares still haunt me, but I wouldn't tell her that. I simply nodded with a smile. Then explained, "It's about time you got going! Why don't you step out and say hello to the neighbors?" Great. I have to meet total strangers. But whatever. It's not like there was much else to do anyways. I opened the door out and two girls were at the door. One was blonde and the other had strange looped pony tails.

The blonde girl smiled and said, "Welcome to Vaniville Town! My name's Serena. I'm your neighbor." Then the other girl said, "And I'm Shauna! Great to meet you!" They were both wild to me- acting so friendly and sweet. Then Sauna Creeper me out, saying, "Guess what! We've come to get you!" I was a bit weirded out, but Serena explained to me that some professor requested five kids... whatever that means. But I was also told by Shauna that I'd be getting a Pokemon. Without hesitating, I went with the two to the next town over- Aquacorde Town.

So I lied. I felt that I should make an explanations of how everything is presented. Here's the beginning of my thing. Now to lay the current situation:

Chapter 2: Fennekin

So, anyways... I always keep the nightmares in my mind, so I can discover what they mean.. But it's fading now. I haven't been truly excited for something like I am now for a long time. I can't exactly remember when though.

We sat next to two boys- one was pretty big, and the other one looked like he fitted his head into an orange. Serena then said, "This is the meeting place, Fyre." She turned her head and introduced me to the group. The big boy smiled, nodding his head, "Wow... Shauna's description was spot on!" Serena giggled slightly, and said, "So, Fyre, this is Tierno. He's got some serious dance moves. And..." Then she turned to the orange haired kid, "This is Tremor. He never misses a single question on his tests, but he's a little shy..."

Tierno nodded his head, and said, "All right! Nice to meetcha!" Shauna turned to Tierno and asked, "Hey! Can we see the Pokemon now? I want to meet my new partner soon!" Tierno chuckled and reached down next to himself, "I know, right? It was such a cool feeling when Trevs and I met our Pokemon! Hope you feel the same way we did!" He then brought out a containment of some sort, and opened it up-revealing three Poke Balls. Shauna turned to me and said, "Pick one!".

First dibs? Alright. I decided to pick the middle one. Wasn't sure what was inside, but I'll find out. The others chose their Pokemon as well. Trevor spoke up then, saying, "Pardon me... I have something that will help you understand Pokemon on a much deeper level." He then gave each of us a Pokedex. He explained what the Pokedex was, and why we were getting one- mainly for the professor. Trevor then said, "To put it in another way, it's an important mission from the professor. I'm sure of it!"

Tierno rolled his eyes and sighed, "Oh lighten up, Trevs! You're way too serious sometimes." Trevor's face slightly faded red, and he prodded his two index fingers together, chuckling slightly. Tierno then gave me a letter, "Please take this with you. It's from the professor. He said you should give it to your mom." I nodded and put it in my bag.

Tierno and Trevor done with their errand, they said their good byes and left in search of more Pokemon. I left the meeting area, but stopped to meet my Pokemon. I sent it out, and out from the ball was... Fennekin! But, then I realized something. It's a fire type. Maybe it's just a coincidence. I bent down and smiled, but instead of being shy, the Fennekin walked up to my face and just studied me. I said hello, and it then jumped back. But it quickly walked back up.

I don't know why, but I think it likes me already. Maybe I do too. Is that the close bonds human and Pokemon have? Just then, Shauna stopped us, "Fyre, wait!" I turned to her curiously. Fennekin rushed in front of me, almost defensivly. She then challenged me to a battle! She then spin in place on one foot and said, "Ok, Li'l Chespin! It's our first battle! Let's win it with style!" It was my first battle too, but I wasn't nervous. Before dad left me and mom, he taught me some skills. Time to put them to use!

VERSUS SHAUNA!

I didn't hesitate. "Fennekin, use Ember!" Fennekin the blasted little embers at Chespin, dealing lots of damage. Shauna gasped, "Quickly- Tackle!" Chespin charged at Fennekin and slammed into it, but Fennekin chuckled, as if it didn't hurt at all. I clenched my fist and said, "Use Ember!" Fennekin jump jumped up, and spewed embers at Chespin, knocking him out! I won this fight! Shauna gasped, then said, "Hey! I wasn't done watching my cute Li'l Chespin yet!"

FYRE WINS

We both returned our Pokemon and she said, "You're amazing, Fyre! Here! Let me fix up your Pokemon!" And like she said, she did. She then waved goodbye and rushed off. I did the same, but for home. But as I was heading for route one, I noticed an old man nearby. He was accompanied by a strange Pokemon that I've never seen before. He walked over. "Well done, lad. The fire that burns inside you is... remarkable." He chuckled, "I have a good feeling we will be meeting again..." he then walked off. His Pokemon and nodded, "Typhlo." And left with him. Curious- maybe he's referring to my battle? Or... oh, nevermind. It was time to head to Vaniville Town.

Small update. Sorry, I'm a bit sick. But didn't want to leave you dudes with nothing. Here's a brief description of my progress.

*Met the other four
*Received Fennekin
*Beat Cheapin and Leveled up to 6.
*Ended in Vaniville Town

Bad news everyone- I forgot to update my game and lost my data due to the glitch in that big ass city. So I'm closing this thing- not because I lost my data, but I'm just too sick to start up again. Sorry guys.
