For the hackless users, but Homebrewers can do it too. [ I am aware of something similar in the Custom Content section, but it's a full package, who has time for that? ]
In this tutorial, I'll get you set up on playing Project M online using the new Wiimmfi servers. A few things you may want to make sure of before playing:
  • Your friend code is in Wiimm's server. If that's not the case, I'm on a project of wiping Wifi data from the game save, so that'll be a nice wait.
  • You're using Wifi set. Nothing will happen if you use the full set, except what always happens with full set.
Ok! Now that you're ready, you'll need a few things:
  • A GCT compiler. I personally use the old Code Manager (the one with the skull), but any GCT compiler should work.
  • GCT Fusionizer from Mewtwo2000. Used in a later step.
  • .NET Framework 3.5. For GCT Fusionizer.
  • And the patch code.
Steps:
1. Open your compiler. You should have a blank template. Be sure to change the game ID to RSBE01 and the name (the name isn't necessary, but the ID is)

2. Click New Code. You're prompted for a name...

Type whatever you want, you don't need to save this txt. Click Ok, and click on the newly formed text to your left. Should be blank.

3. Paste the contents of this spoiler [minus the name, of course] into Code Contents

Click store modifications. You'll get this notification:

4. Make sure the code is checked. On the left pane.
5. Click Export to GCT. You're presented with this window:

Make sure to click Store to File and save where the codes are name it code.gct. [ K:\codes\, where K: is your SD card ] You'll get this:

You're done with Code Manager. Close it, and don't save anything. (Or do, incase you have to do it again)
6. Copy GCT Fusionizer to the K:\codes directory, where you should've saved the wifi codes.
7. Open GCT Fusionizer.

8. Click apply.

You're done. Boot into P:M and kick some ass on wifi!

I did everything you did in the tutorial but got the error saying that wifi was discontinued. What did I do wrong? I tried it on both the hackless and homebrewed versions of project m.

Did you do it correctly? You must do it in this order or you'll get errors.

I got this after I clicked Export to GCT. Does it matter which option I choose? Am I supposed to get this in the first place?

EDIT: I got it. Thank you lots for the tutorial. What I was doing wrong is I was going to the wrong directory on my SD card. Would you be able to test this out with me? My friend code is 0693-1948-7320. Name is Porky.

I though this kind of topic would've gotten more hits. I guess I now know why I had so much delay lag compared to the others. They were using the emulators. :C

Anyway... What's the Wiimm Server? I tried searching Wiimm on the forums but nothing came up. Don't I have to give my fc to them? Or am I misreading?
