I gotta agree here Kantrip.

I don't agree with people calling you scum and have you as town, not off feels not off meta just how you have posted an approached this game. Best I could say is fishy is the closed hands thing people are saying with your reads, and really from what I have read you're not doing this that much, or at least to a point I would find it suspect.

Shen on the other hand was more about how he was posting, though on a reread...I'm not as sure. Laundry had a valid point and I don't like the end of day 2.

That's how SWF Town operates now. Play good, or get lynched. That's literally it. The players who play well enough are lynched without any remorse and people are too scared of the opposition to sit for a ****ing moment and think. I should re-state my previous sentence to say 'play the way people want you to or get lynched' because 'good' is such a skewed idea nowadays that I hardly take someone telling me I'm playing like **** with a credible merit because I'm sitting here trying to my damn near hardest and you want to spit in my face.

I think shenan is scum. I think he's been kinda playing you as a pwn tbh when it came to you vs soup D2. Because in the beginning you literally got 90% of the flak even though I felt his push was much more decisive, though more subtle [prolly the result of you just "trolling" him which didn't end up too well imo]. He shouldy go toDay.
Kantrip has been quite suspicious to me up to now and especially the fact that he's supported the pushes of his supposedly biggest scumreads rubs me the wrong way completely for two reasons: a.) it shows that there's a notable discrepancy between what he's saying and what he's actually *doing* and b.) imo he shoulda noticed that he's voting the same people as his strongest and most consistent scumread. Though I admit it *could* be a very unlikely coincidence ... that's something I wanna find out toDay [hence me voting him] but like I said in my previous poem, I actually like his input toDay. Don't get me wrong though he's deffo not off my hook. Though unlike others have said his lynch toDay is far from set in stone. I may actually feel more comfortable going for an inactive slot [which we still have too many of with Vinyl replacing out and Laundry / Nabe being ... not here] than Kantplay. It all depends on his responses and further actions toDay.
I'm inclined to agree with Kantrip on his YOLO read ... not that I actually think he's scummy but I think most people who have him as pro-town have no reason to think so. The slot is straight null and if you think he's town you'd have some explaining to do. Soup is also null, he is a very fickle slot but the main reason I can't just read him as town is because of how easily he reads Yolo [and me I guess] as town. Kinda hard to read people as town in this game. I think you're town and shenanigenius is scum ... it'd just make sooo~ much sense to me.

It's a double-standard regardless, and a stupid argument. I'm tired of hearing a justification of a lynch being like they're playing like ****, it can come after we get to the facts of it's scummy.

Playing like **** =/= Scummy. Town can be ****. Scum can be ****. I'm not dealing with this trash anymore while I'm around.

I'm very conflicted however. Kantplay reads a lot better to me too. The interaction I had with him is meaningful but I still have some concerns. I feel he is giving Ruy far too much leniency and while I can understand that it's for his original read on him, it remains static. I also feel like his town-read on Washed is too preemptive and we were really to look back at the content washed posted, it would be nothing but a measly catch-up, and washed isn't an idiot as scum. If I'm going to trust washed I want to see him get his hands dirty. He hasn't done that yet and while I don't know what's going on in his personal life but I expect results soon.

I easily town-read Gheb and Yolo because I've never had to shake or yell at them for anything. They've each played their own game and contributed to the town at their own pace. It's very relaxing knowing that I don't have to do that and when I read, their stances and their votes are clear. Kantplay did not ring the same. His votes to me felt more calculated and just looking for a comfortable place to sit on a wagon. Some people might say the JTB Vote is different but I digress. This is essentially how I feel about his reads, who just seem like they aren't progressing. That is a main concern with him. I don't feel like he is scumhunting in that sense because I haven't seen the action taken to do so. He wants to tell me he is doing things but I don't know why he is playing the way the way he is if it isn't producing results. I always have to smack him around, and I don't really like doing that. He's very reactive this game, focused on responding on accusations against him or anything else that has his name mentioned. I don't like it. It's very possible I am giving Kantplay too much **** and not focusing on other slots. I'm very much aware of this.

Despite popular belief, slots like Vinyl. and Nabe DO have content. It's not the kind of content we want, but it's there. Joey has voted once or twice or put a stance out there. Vinyl. has posts, are they ****ty posts? Yes. He's getting replaced soon however which makes me very happy. Let's wait until we hear news about a replacement. This game needs to stop moving at Mach 5 and people need to just realize that we're not anywhere near deadline and we can talk about things. The last day was rushed. Scum took advantage of it. I'm damn certain scum voted JTB. The only 3 players not voting him were Gheb, Vinyl.,Ruy and Nabe. I want to believe that the team would sit there idly or not get anxious to remove a townie. JTB was such an easy wagon for any scum to get in. I genuinely believe this.

I really want people to talk to me about this more. I want people to look back at yesterday and look at what went wrong. Another main factor town lost Luigi's is because they failed to do this. They failed to put the pitchforks down and the thread kept moving at such a fast pace that it was so hard to keep up on previous results. Marshy and nearly everyone said in that Green Room, and if town had sat down for a moment and re-read instead of mindlessly bickering, they could have won that game.

Let's not make the same mistake.

I don't have a town to scum list. I play it more like who I believe shouldn't be lynched and who should be lynched.

I think Kantplay is a fine lynch. I will stick to this and yes I am being fickle like Gheb stated. I don't believe I much more to say about it until he responds to me. I believe that it's possible Shen/Kantplay are aligned. I think if Shen flips scum it doesn't clear Kantplay in any way or form. For that reason, I think Shen is a fine lynch too, also with the fact that yes, his play sucks, but it's not a town suck. It's a scum suck. Rake's hyperposting earlier bothered me greatly but what bothered me more is that he stopped. I got mad at him and he didn't have some ****ty retort with me, he just simply stopped. I'm not used to townRake being humble, but it's possible he's learned from his mistakes in Luigi's. I'm going to give that slot a huge re-read today.

I also believe Ruy is a fine lynch. I think Ruy has been walking on thin ice for me this whole game and there's nothing more than I can say other than a gut feeling.
