Thinking about picking up Meta Knight as a secondary

Evening everyone, I am currently a captain Falcon main but I'm looking for a secondary to practice with. I previously considered Fox however I have also thought about Meta Knight. I was a huge fan when he was debuted in Brawl and he had some of the most interesting matches to watch in Project M. For those who main Meta Knight, what are some of the pros and cons of this character? And is there anything I should consider before picking him up as a secondary? And are there any notable players and either brawl, PM, or Smash 4 I should watch For inspiration?

The Pros: High KO power, strong punish game, excellent speed.

The Cons: Range is lacking, lackluster neutral game, combo food.

I recommend watching players like Ito, Tyrant, and MK Leo.

MK doesn't work the same way he does in Brawl or Project M.
