The PM Halloween Pack

So I decided to have some friends over for some Pizza and Smash on halloween, and I was working on a modpack. I decided to release what I have so far for ya'll to download and test. If you have any suggestions, let me know! I'm nowhere near finished this, and I'm out of ideas. Note: I've only included the stage builder method of accessing it, as I don't know how to make it accessible by the homebrew channel.

New costumes! I'll keep working on this until 2015, but then when 2015 spookies, rolls around, I don't know if I'll stop or not
