Sound glitch near edge of stage (any)

For some reason near the sides of the stage blast-zones, the sounds of characters or items will sound softer and lower than usual. This includes when a characters makes a sound after dying. It is more noticeable on some stages (ex: delfinos secret, fountain of dreams) I never saw this in 3.5 only 3.6 and it is very easy to do.
