Sing a melody- Ninten Joins the Fray!

Although many people may think so, Ninten wouldn't have to be a clone of Ness/Lucas or even have a similar moveset. He could completely be his own character and in being in smash, he would complete the set--all three Mother protagonists. Any thoughts?
