That's a really good question that I would love to see answered, especially because I know there's one user who already have some of the B move frame data.

Really want to know the up-b frame data, so I can understand why the invincibility seems inconsistent lmao.

Oh good, so it's not just me; I'm terrible at timing the invincibility.
Wish I had an HD capture card so I could test that way, but I guess we'll just have to wait for now...
