Problem on Skyworld

I was playing as G&W vs Pit on Skyworld, in normal mode, not turbo. As pit tried to recover, I hit him with a judge from the ledge. It came up an 8, and the pit-cicle got stuck in the stage, and didn't move. I followed up with a d-smash and pit suddenly unfroze and shot straight down at very high speeds.
I imagine this bug could happen on other stages and characters, but I'm not sure.
