Porting Home-Run Contest to smash mode

Hi,
so I'm working on a custom build of pm 3.6 with stage expansion, and I want to put homerun contest in one of the custom stages like in Melee 20XX, but nor the bat or the sandbag appears, item don't spawn and camera doesnt follow player 2. Any idea or help? Thanks.

Edit: So by accident I launched a custom stage with the training room rel which made the sandbag appear but the stage was completely out of place. Homerun contest rel does nothing. Does a rel exist for adding whatnI want, or is there a way to make one ? Thank you

Alright, if at least someone with knowledge of the game can tell me if its possible or not and point me to the right direction that would be nice, cause I would like to move on.
