Pokemon Trainer in 3.0

I noticed that pokemon trainer is not there anymore like when I select him in adventure mode the game freezes.

Will this be fixed in 3.0?

Pokemon trainer has never been in P:M. 1p modes will be addressed eventually, but in sse, the result would simply be a removal of his icon so that no one can choose a character that is no longer there.

Ok,but what if I make a new file and it forces me to use PT?

Erm, no. Selecting PT at all will blow the game up. He doesn't work, and he won't ever. PMBR are just going to remove him to solve single player issues. In Subspace Emissary, you can play as the three Pokemon without too much trouble, but attempting to switch between them can freeze the game. Just stay away from anything PT or single-player related if you don't want to freeze your game.

Ok thanks I already beat the game in Vbrawl so I can just play random levels and not pick PT.

couldn't they have pokemon trainer in the game without the ability to switch between the pokemon?
