PM 3.6b - Distorted Menu Music

So, I've been wanting to change around the menu music, but there's a problem.
See, I was playing P:M 3.6b and was on the CSS when I had to shut my game off. I popped out my SD, but before I turned off the Wii, a distorted version of the PM theme started playing. Weirdly enough, I tried reformatting my SD, but it's still there. It goes unnoticed when I have the PM theme playing, but it's not well with other songs.

Is there anyone out there who knows how this problem was created, and how to fix it?

Why would you remove the sd card while it's still playing.
Removing the sd card while it's playing any form of custom music will cause the game to forcefully load music from the original slot, albeit distorted.
You can't report incompetence on your part as a bug.

Defragment the card.
