Well while playing pika vs my friends wario I discovered that if your on a platform
And Roll right to the edge, you can CG Wario With D-Throw and do it to 40 + %(I Think until 70%)

Known and old but not cared about cause grabbing Wario in one of the most situational situations is lolwut?
