Outdated Riivolution XML (small; not fatal)

The Riivolution XML file included with the Riivolution pack still has menu items for BBrawl and Brawl+ defined (lines 76-77), even though they have been removed.
Additionally, "tex_stage" has STGCUSTOM1-STGCUSTOM9, in the style of the old expansion code. The new one uses STGCUSTOM01 and up (by hex digits). It's not causing any problems because P:M doesn't use stage expansion, but it might in the future.
