Upstate Battle Series will have Tournaments for the following events at these starting times:
11am-11:45am – Free play + Sign-ups
12pm – Melee Doubles start
12pm – 3DS Smash start
12pm – Project M start
1pm – Melee Singles start
1pm – Project M Doubles start
Each individual event costs $5 per person and there's no venue fee.
Please bring a setup / TV with you.

Location: Type "Kate Gleason Hall" into http://maps.rit.edu/ to find where the building is, park in the "K" lot across the road.
Sign-ups: Sign-ups will start at 12am, you'll be given a name tag to let others know who you are.
Rule Sets:
3DS Smash 4:
3 stock, 8 mins
No customization, items, stickers
Starter stages are: Yoshi's Island, Battlefield and FD (note: if FD is banned, so are all the Omega iterations)
Counterpick stages are: Prism Tower.
All other rules follow the same format as the other smash games, if you have a question, ask the TO

DK 64 is not a counter pick stage for doubles
Wobbling is illegal
The coaching rule is omitted
Ties / Sudden Deaths will be replayed with 1 stock, same settings
Controller ports can't be argued mid set
Picking random for a stage trumps DSR and bans (doesn't apply to striking)
