oh and thanx for the advice noucles. i think your right maybe we should do that, but how do i get good smash players to show up. there arent many outstanding players where im from, besides the ones im my vids. what should i do?

get in contact with the miami smashers, theres many miami guys who don't post much and want people to smash with. check out the florida thread and start PMing people.
try to get in contact with shin chaos, he lives in miami, but has no one to practice with. Host some smashfests, put up the info on the boards and you're bound to get some interest. =)

the vids are very good, yeah lavagolem let me know whats going on , were always down to play. The reason why we dont go to tournaments that much is that usually I have to work on saturdays and the saturdays that I have usually there isnt a tournament or if there is my GF is nagging O_O you guys understand lol but anyway its all good, I was considering throwing a big tournament , since my boys house is huge and can fit a **** load of people, we can easily have like 6 tv's with space. But we ll see, I have to organize it I guess, anyway halla at me. Peace.

You guys have potential. What part of Miami are you from and do you go to a University? I know that FIU has a good amount of people that plays smash regularly at the gamerooom. The best person to speak to is a person that goes by the name Llama who goes to that University. Not technical but has good mindgames which may help you. You could try checking there.

As far as the videos, they're pretty good. I noticed that you do mainly pressure tactics to overwhelm your opponents. Some things that could help would be to grab once in while to keep them guessing (especially against Mewtwo to follow up with u-air) and you could try grabbing out of your shine too.

And try not to run into attacks, sometimes its best to be able to slow down and read your opponents.

Being fast, technical, and overwhelming your opponents is good, but being able to slow down and speed up while maintaining that technical skill at will provide you better unpredictability, adaptation and control over the flow of the match is more power to you.

I would definitely like to face you to see how well you play in person, and since you have doc experience also.

I definitely would like to face ADHD in person also to see how well his mewtwo is also. I'm right now training an aspiring Mewtwo player at Nova Southeastern University, so this will help out also.

I should be able to give you guys a mindboggling experience aspect of smash.

yeah i heard of llama before. i heard of how good he is, but who does he play with? and does he have any vids on smash boards? thanx for your advice. you made alot of sense, in what you were saying. ill definetly try to incorporate that, but its much easier said than done, if you know what i mean. ill need someone to practice it with for sure. by the way, no i dont go to a univeristy, but i did go to miami dade for a while, and will be going back soon. i live in the kendal area. i would like to play you too. i could use the experience. do you live in miami too? maybe we can arrange somn. if you have vids im gonna look at them, but anyways thanx for the advice and everything. peace.

As far as I know since the last time I saw him, his style is more about outsmarting his opponents and doesn't play technical, but thats because he hasn't played in awhile the last time I faced him. He plays as peach, fox, and doc. As for vids, I don't know. If there are, it may be old, since he long hasn't been on this board for the past 2-3 years.

I don't know who he plays against specifically, but it is mainly people that goes to FIU and sometimes Green Mario goes there the last time I spoke to him.

I live in Miramar near I-75, its kinda far, about a 40-50 min drive last time I remember going to Kendall. The vid that I have is the one in the NSU tournament video thread.

Other people you could try looking for is FlowinWater, I believe he lives near Kendall near Maverick. Not sure if these two play smash anymore, all I know is that Flowin made a recent post, but he is on anymore.

Also, follow noucles advice, if you can't make it to other people, try hosting a smashfest or even a tournament in your area. Having people to play and practice with will help you all grow and improve.

Miami, hasn't had any tournaments or smashfests in awhile and the only person that has been doing tournaments in Miami was Maverick, who hasn't been here in awhile after the outrage from his last tournament.
