Ness's easter egg taunt

Just started playing 2.6, and after about 10 minutes of trying to get it to work have only to gotten his easter egg taunt to work like, maybe once. Not sure if it was made more uncommon, or if it's a bug.

I believe it is either double tap up taunt or tap up taunt for one frame and let go. I can make it work with both methods somehow...?

The window for it was just made smaller.

If you're having issues with it like I am, mash up and down, similar to how you swap to ZSS in brawl.

Just tap and let go really quickly. If you're having trouble and have on extra button I guess it'd be easier with UTaunt mapped to a button instead of the DPad.
