i actually want to take another look at fml. the claim was unnecessary unless he wanted to coast off of it. scum did not need that information

imo there has to be bussing going on though because otherwise scum just stood there watching their buddies flail with no hope of getting a counterwagon going

On Joey. An opening flurry of posts is a easy way to get Town points just after replacing. And for good reason I suppose. The only problem is that they notably lack any mention of Scary until #813 where he briefly mentions Scary as ‘null, but would lynch’. And THEN
- #857 says he is still fine with Scary wagon.
- #858 softly asks Scary to clarify his reads.
- #873 challenges Werekill’s intentions for voting Scary.
- #883 votes Scary. Deadline pressure.
- #976 ALL of a sudden doesn’t like Scary lynch and votes Kuz. #982 Zen follows. #984 Scary follows.
- #1010 Joey doesn’t see Scary’s posts as scummy.
- #1053 Joey moves to FF wagon; Kuz wagon lost Zen's support.
- #1083 Joey downplays the reasons for the Scary lynch; “Scary is being lynched for enjoying RVS too much”.

It just doesn't play out smoothly. It seems like at least he is okay with bussing his partner but then when alternatives start popping up it looks like he takes a firm move to opt out of the Scary wagon completely.

But why?

Also the posts whining about being target because of having defended scum don't feel genuine to me.

this seems like a p good case that was never seriously pursued, maybe Vult was "Bussing"

Huh. Well there goes today's lynch idea. In the morning I'll be back with reads after a quick reread.

Straight up off the top of my head, though, I don't mind seeing Joey or Mac go. Did Joey even do anything yesterDay? He just kinda whiteknighted a bit D1, did some little stuff D2, then nothing D3 (Unless I'm wrong, which is entirely possible with a lack of sleep). I had a solid town read on him until he vanished.

FML I'm actually liking a good bit after a reread. I feel the claim was a gambit of some sort.

i dont think mac is scum - when faced with a potential rajam wagon d2, his response was to push vult as the counterwagon w/ me. had this taken off it wouldve resulted in scum/scum wagons which are BAD BAD BAD for scum for reasons i shouldnt need to explain

joey is a good lynch. i wish the people townreading him would explain how any of his actions arent fakeable

as for other ppl... ff is pretty clearly town. im gonna say werekill and gorflaundry look good too. gheb is up there but id sooner turn around on him than the others, and then there's fml who i'm iffy on and xatres who has not really done anything worthwhile for town but apparently everybody says he's super town because you evidently cant fake acting like a closed-minded scrub in these games (please do not let xatres live to lylo.)

to elaborate on my thoughts on xatres, he has done jack other than "jerkus jerkus jerkus jerkus" & not only is he essentially coasting on it but letting him live too long is a crapshoot because there are near 0 interactions to go by. i would be down to lynch him whenever

This is serious conjecture here but I wouldn't be surprised in the least if we have a scum faction that could only kill via poisoner and as such the rest of the scummies are just deflated as **** and are just hoping town eats itself alive, just like rake did in flavourless.

as much as I want to keep the hardbody train goin fast and strong we can pump the brakes a little bit. interested in what FML has to say once the heads collaborate

I'd be pretty satisfied with a joey/mac/WL lynch today. I'm pretty chill with the other slots atm and those are all reasonable plays.

If people are thinkin we have a 4th mafia I say we go WL > Joey > Mac (I seriously doubt mac is mafia). if people think we have an indy I say Mac >>>>>>>>> everyone else. Doesn't an indy make a lot of sense flavourwise for this game? Like I haven't seen monster yet but Im pretty sure its about this one kid that the main doctor character saves but then the kid just goes on a ****ing rampage and murders like ****ing everyone. Sounds like SK material to me.

I def need to re-read though looking more closely for indy play because thats definitely a real possibility and outside of mac I haven't been getting clear indy vibes from anyone

Johan Liebert is the kid character I was talking about. Apparantly The Baby and Roberto are two of his lackies

welp if flavor is any indication of the anti-town faction distribution it looks like we're dealing with one big mafia and not a maf/indy split. By no means is that guaranteed though. It just seemed to me like the main protagonist ****ing serial killer from the show would be a natural indy slot, and seeing as how he wasn't, I seems like we're dealing with a mafia made up of him and his cohorts.

Definitely makes sense that instead of making Johan an indy Sk with a kill that he instead served as a secondary kill for the scum, making a likely 4 man team extra potent until he goes in a 15 man setup. I can def see that

@ Lore dude honestly nights taking forever is the fault of people with night actions. Night phase doesn't HAVE to go to deadline every time. If all the people with abilities submit more quickly, Dancer should be able to resolve the phase as soon as they all submit.

If we can have shorter nights, the remaining scum should just not be a prick and submit their actions quickly. At this point its probably a unilateral decision for them so no ****ing johns honestly
