Meta Knight neutral-B in Turbo

I was noodling around in turbo mode against CPUs and found out that if you mash neutral-B you can get it to cancel into another one over and over, which can lead to you and your foe slowly being raised to the sky until you manage to miss a hit of the tornado

That's what Turbo Mode is.

Normally you can't cancel move -> same move. However, many specials go into actions and the game thinks you are in a different part of the move, which lets you cancel it into the "same move".
