11:00 am - Doors open
11:30 am - 12:30 - Signups for both 2v2 and 1v1
12:30 am - 12:45 - Signups for 2v2 ends
12:30 pm - Brawl 2v2 Begins
02:30 pm - Signups for 1v1 ends
03:00 pm - Brawl 1v1 Begins

Schedule is subject to change (most notably the start of 1v1)

ENTRY
Venue Fee - $5
Brawl Singles - $10
Brawl Doubles - $5 per person ($10 per Team)

PRIZES
Doubles
1st place - 60%
2nd place - 30%
3rd place - 10%

Singles (If there are 20 or more entrants):
1st place -48%
2nd place -22%
3rd place -14%
4th place - 8%
5th place (tie) - 4%
5th place (tie) - 4%

RULESET
BASIC RULES
3 stocks, 10-minute timer, no items, team attack on, pause off
Double-elim bracket, best of 3 sets (with winners, losers, and grand finals BO5)

LIMITING RULES
No modified controllers
No using infinites for stalling purposes (CGs etc limited to 300%)
No Infinite Dimensional Cape (incidental use of IDC is tolerable)
Only one Meta Knight is allowed per team
40 Ledge grab limit per character
No scrooging (player may travel under the stage once from the ledge)
* "Traveling under the stage once from the ledge" is defined as dropping off the ledge on one side of the stage and reaching the height of the original ledge on the other side of the stage, without being hit by an opposing player.

SET FORMAT
Game 1:
1. Stage-striking order and controller ports are determined by Rock-Paper-Scissors
2. In singles, the RPS loser strikes a stage from the starter list, followed by the RPS winner. In doubles, strike order is winner-loser-loser-winner.
4. Players select their characters (players may elect to have a double-blind character selection)

Game 2 (and so on):
1. Loser may select controller port
2. Winner may ban a stage, which cannot be played in the set
3. Loser selects a stage
4. Winner chooses character
5. Loser chooses character
6. Repeat steps 1-5 until the set is decided

TIMEOUTS
In the event that a match goes to time, the victor will be decided by the following steps, in order:
1. Number of ledgegrabs (if one player exceeds 40 ledgegrabs, that player will be declared the loser)
2. Number of remaining stocks
3. Amount of damage percent
4. If stocks and damage percent identical, the match will be replayed on the same stage, with each player at one stock.​

Try asking on the AllisBrawl page for the tournament, most of New England's Brawl scene resides there and could probably help you out. There's usually 1 or 2 cars from Western MA.
