more specifically, we need people who can bring a setup every month. The thursday that the tournament is on will move around according to these people's schedules.

Otherwise, bringing a Wii/GC/Brawl Disc or other things like power strips and TVs is very much appreciated!

Stage list set, I was going to put Drac's castle up, but the stage blocks the camera too much when off stage below ledge, so it's out. I wanted to ban dreamland SO BADLY because of the stupid camera shake (which has no reason to exist), but too many people like it, it's out for teams though. Because the last things teams chaos needs is the entire camera shaking

Oh wow, enough people are interested in doubles we may as well have a cash pot for it.

I could do a google calendar if that would be convenient for people, the thing is that the tournament won't be on the same thursday every month. So after the 15th the next tourney could be any thursday in june and I'll be checking up with people on which thursday is gonna work best, just so we are never light on setups.

In fact I'm gonna have a little calendar at the registration desk so that people can mark their ideal date for next month's tournament. Being a thursday and all it's not as straight forward of choosing a date as a weekend tourney.

Pretty much the entire oly crew will show. If B- doesn't happen it's all good, I put it at the end of the night just in case we finish early. I'll have my flatscreen with B- hooked up the whole tournament so people can friendlies on it, It's mainly featured because
A: I find it ridiculously fun to teleport shine with fox and
B: we have a bunch of brawl players from the college and I didn't want to feature vbrawl

Dracula's castle is back on the legal stage list. Had a conversation with a local smasher, he was adamant. I still have hopes the PMBR fixes the camera issues at some point.

Pretty sure the "Olympia Scene" is basically just people from the nearby area playing Project M, and then some super low-level Brawl at Evergreen, maybe.

I might enter Melee for the hell of it, but I probably won't do well.

When are the PM matches being uploaded?

Shortly, because we recorded continuously (as if streaming) instead of start/stopping the record with sets, the video files are very VERY large and thereby video editors have trouble reading the audio track, so I strip the audio track out with VLC, then lay it under the video in an editor, then cut out the matches manually, so it takes a few hours. Next tournament we will record sets individually to prevent this, as the internet in the mall is around 300kbps and not great for streaming. When the quarterly runs at the state college here we will have a full streaming suite (and far more room/time/equipment).

My plan is to keep the monthly at FKG fairly small (as in not much bigger than last night's tourney) and host a quarterly at the state college with bigger everything.
