Smash Rookie
The sixth Smash Brothers Monthly for Greenfield MA
Come visit the quiet town of Greenfield, MA on Saturday March 12th for
Western 'Smash'ssachusetts!
This will be the sixth of a monthly plan of tournaments consisting of Smash 4 and Melee hosted right here in downtown Greenfield. Liberty Driving School is the venue, same as the last tournament!

Right off of I-91 and Route 2!
We are located on the lower half of the office complex
There is parking above and below, if parking above you can take the stairs located in the middle of the complex.
Liberty Driving School Is right next Comcast Cable and Below UPS
There are two entrances to the complex, the above entrance off of Main Street 2A
lower one off of Solon St.

Venue/Scheduling:
- Venue Fee: $5 (waived if brought a setup*)
- Entry Fee: $5 Singles
- $10 Doubles Smash 4 only ($5 per person)
Bring a full setup It will be appreciated!
SMASH 4 (HDTV, Wii U, Smash 4, appropriate cables, and adapter)
If you're bringing a Melee setup please bring it after Smash 4 singles are done as we're trying to save space in the venue.
Prize money will be split among the top 3 players/teams
- Opening: 11:30 am
- Registration Time for Doubles: 11:30 am
- Doubles: 12:00 pm
- Registration Time for Singles: 2:00 pm
- Singles: 2:30 pm
- Registration Time for Melee: 5:30 pm
- Melee bracket: 6:00 pm
Melee bracket will have separate signups from smash 4.
If you're only playing Melee please show up around 6!
Bringing a full setup will waive you venue fee!
---FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE SERVED AT THE VENUE.---
We will be serving pizza for 1$ a slice and cans of soda for 2$ also
There is food places around the area, many are within walking distances.
Let someone know when you leave the venue if you're still in the tournament.

Rules:
Smash 4
- Singles
- -2 Stock, 6 minute time
- -Custom Fighters Off
- -Mii Fighters are legal (no equipment)
- Doubles
- -3 Stock, 8 minute time.
- -Custom Fighters Off
- -Mii Fighters are legal (no equipment)
- Stage
- -Once player strikes one stage. Then the other player strikes another. Players will take turns striking stages until there is one left, the remaining stage is used for the first match.

Melee
Singles only
- Game Settings: 4 Stocks, 8 Minute Time Limit
- Items are disabled.
- Stalling with moves such as Jigglypuff's Rising Pound or Peach's Wall Bomber is banned
- Glitches such as Ice Climbers’s Freeze Glitch and Mewtwo’s Soul Stunner are banned.
- Pause option is disabled in the game menu. If left on, accidental pausing mid match forfeits a stock.
- You may not choose any stage you have won on during a set, unless agreed by both players.
- A tie is determined by most stocks, and then if still tied, by percentage. If percentage is tied, the match is fully replayed.
- Playing as Master Hand is banned
