Luigi's down-b is no longer re-charged from grabbing the ledge. This is not part of the change-logs, so I can only assume it is a bug. Luigi needs this ability to keep up in certain match-ups.
Also, the d-bown is discharged immediately after initiating the move, whereas before it only discharged after actually gaining height from mashing b. This needs fixed before we move from beta. It's not fair if Luigi gets zero height from the down-b but still has to re-charge it ONLY by actually stepping on the stage (or platform).
I can understand making his down-b go less high, but the other changes really gimp this character, and should definitely be mentioned in the change-log if these changes are intentional.
