I don't want to call it a "glitch", just an annoyance with the way P:M is currently coded. So while doing an "On Hit Cancel" f-smash, holding sideways while trying to perform a f-smash results in a f-tilt. This is irregular compared to doing an up-smash or down-smash in a magic series, in which you're allowed to hold the left analog stick in the matching direction.
PS: Currently playing 2.5 not 2.5b, but since it wasn't in the patch notes I figure it's still relevant.
