Looking for some Toon Link tips

I've started hosting a weekly tournament for my friends and I at my house. I am new to competitive play and would like to learn some basics such as how to combo, some basic terminology, what to do in certain situations etc...

I have decided to make Toon Link my main and would like to gather all the basic information to learn how to use him to his fullest potential.
