Since SleepyK is coming up to Maine, I figure it'd be a perfect time to run a tournament. I've already got the date set-up up with Maiden Games, and I've got no intention of rescheduling it for anything, since A. SleepyK will be up from Feb 29th to March 9th, and B. I already know there's a second Mass Madness planned for March 8th and a midnight Brawl launch.

Final Destination.
Team Attack on.
1st game is double blind. Games played afterwards follow standard slob picking (loser chooses a stage that isn't the one they last won on, winner chooses character, losers chooses character).
Both players/teams may temp-ban a neutral stage, and ban a counterpick. Temp-banned nuetral stages cannot be played in the 1st game of the set (It can be used as a counterpick), and the counterpick stage cannot be played as a counterpick.
Glitches used to stop your opponent from controlling their character or indefinitely freezing them (such as the Ice Climbers' freeze glitch) are not allowed. Using one will result in a forfeit of the current game.
Peach's Wallbombing and Jigglypuff's Rising Pound are allowed as methods of recovery. Wobbling is allowed. Using any of these tactics to excessively stall a match will result in a game loss.
Controller mods which affect gameplay such as shorthop mod, L-trigger mod, etc. are considered cheating and are banned. If you are caught using a banned controller, you will be disqualified with no refunds. Feel free to use controllers with purely cosmetic mods such as stickers and different color paint. 3rd party controllers are allowed, but any additional features that aren't found on a standard Nintendo controller (such as programmable buttons or turbo buttons of any kind) are banned.
Pick up after yourselves if you leave a mess.
No fighting! You will be asked to leave without a refund, and banned from any of our future events. No profanity either, the store has a strict profanity rule so please at the very least keep it as quiet as possible so customers can't hear it. And even then, that's stretching it.
Transportation?
People in Massachusetts can get to Portland for $30 round trip by busses from Concord Trailways. I honestly have no idea concerning the details of this, so ask Boxman. He might know.
