Just an idea - He should have his Ultimate moveset (without the back tilts). If its not possible to get command input moves working, he should get EWGF as his neutral special. Crouch dash and crouch dash cancelling are important, but if its really not possible to get them to work, maybe set them as his airdodge landing animation, so it at least looks like it. I don't really mind who he replaces.

If anyone could do this it would be very, very appreciated.
