Ike Stage Help?

Just wondering about what stages are the best or the worst for Ike and just generally some sort of guide of what to pick in a tournament setting. I know next to nothing about stages and counterpicking so any sort of guide on that would be beyond helpful. Thanks

You should probably avoid Jungle Japes :^)

When I play Ike, I usually just avoid flat or very wide stages as much as possible.

I heard Delfino was great. I also play on Wuhu Island, but that's mainly so I can listen to this song.
