Easily Isaac, based on personal preference and generally making for a really great, unique Smash character. Second choice would be Little Mac due to his enduring popularity, plus it doesn't hurt that he's the most desired newcomer of a friend of mine.

Much as I'd like to vore for Hammer Bros., I voted for Lyn because she's been on my wish list for a while, and I don't think Hammer Bros. has any realistic chance of receiving such a promotion. Lyn could practically fulfill the role of being a representive of the Fire Emblem series start outside of the US, as she is the first character we pretty much were introduced with, like Marth was for Japan. Plus, another female and whatnot. I can see Sakurai making her playable, though I'd say Lucina probably gains priority over Lyn, sadly.
