If 64, Melee, or Brawl Were Made Today

If SSB64 was made today, what do you think it would look like?

Same as Melee and Brawl.

Make rosters and add reasoning.

What are the limitations, rules, etc?

Does the roster have to be the same size for the three but allow for characters we have currently or are we meant to use a normal Smash4 Roster size but have it limited to characters that appeared in that era?

Basically, it would be Smash ______ with the characters today. So if it was made currently instead of that time, what do you think it would look like? Would there be third parties in 64? Retros? Meowth instead of Jigglypuff?

Basically a roster of 12, 25 and 35 with the characters of today, without counting the veteran factor (discarding jigglypuff and roy in the process).
