Ok I found this out a while ago and it is useful .
#1(method) First you must be on a platform and only there would it work.
Second , you must press down with joystick as you were to go through the platform and quickly press the B button .
#2 (method)Start on a platform once agian . Synch Nana to do an ice block first .Second , Control Popo and press down and B after . The goal here is to keep Nana ice blocking on standard time while Popo is the only one turbo blocking .This could be quite tricky since you must control each Ice Climber at a different tempo by button patterns .
With this new tactic (if it is not mentioned!)could be used to stall , and start some seriously unique combos of art .
I have no recording instruments and I am sorry if you can't seem to achieve this technique .
