Well that is 4 groups, so to speak. I bunch them together as low tier, roughly. Although by the results I gathered Bowser/Mac can be closer to mid than to low (up2u)

AND... I personally think Shulk is trash. I do know you're the only region on Earth with a per capita ratio for Shulk higher than 0.0001 per million, but if a top level player like 9B (you know, the reason Ice Climbers ruined Brawl for all those who got over MK) can put almost a year into Shulk and struggle to get top 20 at Japanese locals and within a month and a half of switching to Ryu get's top 8 at major/international level, it's really easy to conclude Shulk is trash, despite the "cool" things he can do.

Ryu is high tier
Shulk is mid tier

That is why 9B did better.

There is no possible way Shulk is only 2-4 spaces away from the likes of Jiggs and Ganon.

I recommend you come back to syncs house and play Gnes/Trela Shulks. Not only can they place top 5, they can win events.

Does screw attack kill earlier? That might be a big deal.
It is a very small change. Not even a 5% difference in kill percentage. Also, players can still DI out of it and fast fall to punish :(

Mostly just customs and names drawn from a hat for base moveset changes.

Shieldstun might have been increased at the cost of some attacks doing less shield damage

Too slow Xyro. People are already finding real and silly applications. It definitely is encouraging somewhat more aggressive shield pressure and makes pokes useful again.

Last patch reduced roll invincibility by 1 frame.

This patch adds 3-4 frames of shield stun (this is huge). This increases shield drain overall. Those two increase the chances of shield breaks/pokes

Airdodges and back rolls have 1 less invincibility frame than previous supposedly last I heard.

So that is 2 total. 2 frame difference from a totally unpatched game.

Notice all the changes this game has went through in the 11 months it has been out.

Though I'm sick of Brawl type smash games (and lost motivation to re-learn my character) I am SUPER impressed how this game is shaping up.

Diddy issue? DOUBLE NERF
Luigi issue? Nerf!
Garbage shield system? substantial hitstun buff
Garbage roll system? 2 frame less invincibility!

There is more but you get the point. Developer support and fan feedback support has finally come to a smash game. Def the best smash game IMO.

Hardly best Smash, still many issues and strange design choices. But it's slowly getting better.

64 is ****, Melee has Fox, Brawl has tripping, ICs, and Meta Knight, and Project Mistake isn't a game.
