Ganondorf- Aerial Flame Choke Port Priority

Expected behavior: On a last-stock situation, using Ganondorf's Side B for a suicide dunk should give Ganondorf the win, regardless of controller port.

Current behavior: A Ganondorf in a higher priority controller port (P1 > P2 > P3 > P4) will win on a final stock suicide dunk, but a Ganondorf with a lower priority port using it will cause a tie.

Reproducible in every combination of ports.

If I may add to this,
Gannondorf's suicide Flame Choke works as intended in Sudden Death, regardless of controller port . It's weird...
