Smash Bros Melee and Rivals of Aether 1v1 Tournaments!

Registration for the tournament will close at Noon, and we will do a special event for those registered here before the tournament begins!
Structure / Rules (applies to both games):
4 stocks with an 8 minute time rule
Double Elimination Bracket
First round with Round Robin Pools. The top 2 of each pool move into Winners bracket, the rest move into losers bracket (unless we don't have a certain amount of sign ups, then everybody will move into the Winners bracket)
Every match is a best of 3 games until Winner / Loser bracket finals, which are best of 5
Advanced rules for melee (choosing stages, counter-picks, etc) coming soon
Entry fee:
Rivals - $2
Melee - $5
Venue Fee* - $5
*If you bring a Melee Setup (CRT TV, Console, Melee), venue fee is waived. Post here if you can bring a setup: we may need every single one we can get!
Prize Payout (current payout based on number of attendees: I'll post other projections based on attendance):
1st - 50% of prize pool
2nd - 30%
3rd - 20%
