Eventhook release failed code 0

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I was thinking since it isn't loading, it should go here. The title is what I see showing up every time I attempt to load Project M. On my hackless Wii, I open up my custom stage area, which has zero custom stages. The green glitchy thing comes up, and then the Gecko booter. But that one line that shows up, "Eventhook release failed c
ode 0" is really suspicious. Then, whether I have Launcher 1.02, or 1.04 (because it doesn't save it after this next thing happens), it goes back to the Wii menu. This doesn't work whatsoever. Help please!

quite a few people have asked this in the Support forums, and almost every response has basically been the same.

odds are it's probably some kind of problem that happened when you downloaded the rar file. Redownload and reinstall it into the SD card, it should work fine then. if it doesn't work after reinstalling, back up everything on the card, format it, and then reinstall...

Oh, sorry about that. :/ Although, I have tried that quite a few times. Would switching browsers to download it on help at all?
