Not sure if this is a bug or on purpose, but Duon has Roy's sound effects and Galleom has Mewtwo's sound effects.

This was on purpose. Roy's and Mewtwo's sounds couldn't be implemented into the game without replacing something else, so Duon's and Galleom's sounds were chosen to be replaced in favor for adding new characters...with their own sounds.
