UAB Smash Club VP
Had an awesome time at DTS 1, thanks to everyone who came out! Awesome first tournament with 28 Smash 4 doubles teams and 69 (ayy lmao) entrants in Smash 4 singles. Melee had 24 entrants while PM and Smash 64 only had 8 and 4 respectively. Super happy with Smash 4 attendance, hopefully Melee, PM, and 64 pick up some steam at DTS in the future.
Shout outs to the MSU crew for coming out and making Smash 4 grand finals super hype. Good stuff to all those guys for making the drive to support another University's scene.

From here on out, in order to avoid clashing tournament dates, DTS is going to become a biweekly with our next tournament being on Sunday May 15th. From then on, the tournaments will take place on the first and third Sundays of the month.
