down b upwards?

I have recently switched over to luigi from fox. There is one thing that I cant figure out: making down b go upwards.

Ive seen azen, ka-m, and others pull it many times, can anyone help me out?

You have to tap the B button ridiculously fast, and he will move upward a tad bit. Make sure you do it before you use your second jump or else it isn't as good.

hmm, as of right now I can only get a few inches off the ground =/

also remember that you can only get the lift effect every other time you use down-b

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that in order to use a rising tornado, you need to refresh it by using one on the ground. The first one you get is rising, but after that, you need to use it on the ground once in order to be able to use it to recover again.

pdk is right, it wasnt working everytime for me, but that makes me wonder how azen does it every time he tries =/
