PSA can do it. The only problem with PSA though is that it uses weird symbolic representations of numbers to display some values. thus, you need to understand how PSA displays its values. There are videos on youtube that can tell you that info, I just havent gotten around to it yet.

Most of her frame data can be found through debug mode. hitbox angles also can be found using the training room: if you put a character at 999% in the middle and then hit them with an attack, you can use frame advance through their flight and use the smoke trail in conjunction with the blocks on the wall. Take the inverse tangent of (vertical blocks / horizontal blocks) and you have your angle.

The biggest issue is getting BKB and KBG growth values, which I actually would like to see.
