Your ice climbers need a lot of technical work. Learn to wavedash, waveshield, and shffl a lot more. I don't play ic's much so I can't say much more than that. I think I saw you desynching a bit, but that is not nearly as important to your game as the things I mentioned above.

I'd rate you as a 3.5.
