i think it's valuable now. your argument is like saying it's pointless to ask ppl who scum is unless their response can help you directly pin scum.

If you're not directly pinning scum with it, hen it's an inferior form of scumhunting. If you're not getting setup info out of it or scumhunting more effectively then asking questions and forcing stances and the like, it was a waste of time.

And yes, those questions can and do directly pin scum, if that's not your objective with those questions you're fake contenting and posting fluff.

It is hilarious, but don't act like those are the same things. Key differences, ryu is stubborn about his positions but impulsive and it's very easy to get under his skin (note the drunk derailment I mentioned of golden sun mafia). Also, he owned the quicklynch, while he did say that he didn't see my post (which I believe, because impulsiveness and sloppyness go hand in hand), he fully intended to quicklynch and he never apologized for having that position.

Chaco on the other hand, said he did it by accident and claimed he simply didn't double check the thread before voting. Given how conscientious he's been with his gradual lead up to the vote I find that immensely hard to believe.

Whether you agree with me or not about the conclusions, the mentality and surrounding circumstances are very different and they have very different implications.

The atmosphere was too intense. People feared the day would come to an end and another name would have to be put forward... for death!

And like that, the latest victim was claimed. Someone had snuck behind them and suffocated them with a quick and forceful strangle of the neck. How very sneaky...

"To be honest he just, like, talked too much. He was sooooo annoying, urgh"

"I didn't actually expect he would die right now, but I suppose he'll have to be the one we offer... All in favour?"

"AYE" shouted everyone else.

The victim was Adumbrodeus, and just like that his body was dumped on to the Bingo table, only to be warped straight in to the board.

Adumbrodeus, Number 3, Vanilla Townie, was just too chatty, causing everyone to strangle him quickly and present him to the Bingo Board, where he was warped into a whirlpool of nothing.

MOD NOTE:
I didn't receive the 8-ball pass in time during the Day. In the event it is not passed, Mafia will make the decision behind-the-scenes. The ball was passed back to Orboknown, Number 4.

Everyone slept in the middle of the Night, pondering over the death of Adumbrodeus...

"Maybe we should be more careful next time?" whispered one person to another.

As the Night went on, there was just one individual who couldn't sleep, instead choosing to mess about with the casino jukebox.

"I think I'll pick... this one"

This individual began his ascent to stardom, starting with a groovy dance and building momentum with every moonwalk he did.

But...

...what he didn't notice was a red laser aiming directly at the back of his head.

And just like that, he was dead before he hit the floor.

Everyone awoke suddenly to find another dead body claimed by the bingo board.

#HBC Macman, Number 13, Vanilla Townie, was getting into the groove as he suffered a sniper shot to the back of the head, dying instantly before he hit the dance floor!


Finally... Orboknown handed over the Magic 8-Ball to #HBC Red Ryu.

#HBC Red Ryu is revealed to be Number 11.

I took this as being too late to accept but I want to acknowledge that the wording I gave in the opening flavour of the game may not have had clarity, so I want to clarify below:

If you have the ball during the Day, it should be passed in here (as in inside the thread) and as the Day is still running. When I post the final votecount and ask people to stop posting, that means you won't be able to post your command if you haven't done so already. Any talk on my decision should politely be done at the end of the game. Until then... the ball goes on as normal. THANKS!

Chaco's reasons and responses to Adumb show me something different. He was trying to aim for townie credit over actually reading the wagon and making an observation.

His #165 is nothing like anything you posted. And when confronted on this I don't see him actually responding to the real issues of Rake.
