RULES
Smash Wii U 1v1 (Customs On)
-Double elimination
-2 stocks matches
-6 minute time
-Items are set to none and off
-Miis are legal
-Custom moves are legal
-Players must use a preset custom loadout, the character's default moves or a personal custom loadout which players must bring their own 3DS and load the set onto the Wii U before the match begins.
-If a player is to choose random they must first turn customs off and then choose random(choosing random w/ customs on will give your character equipment)
-Any player that uses equipment will be disqualified.
-Bring your own controllers!
All sets are best two out of three, except Winners Finals, Losers Finals and Grand Finals, which will be best of five.
A player can't pick a stage they previously won on during the set.
If the timer runs out the winner will be the player with more stock or less percent damage. If stocks and percent are even then a 1 stock 3 minute tiebreaker match will be played.
Coaching mid-match is banned.

COUNTER-PICK STAGES:
•Castle Siege
•Delfino Plaza
•Duck Hunt
•Halberd
•Lylat Cruise
•Town & City
•Omega Stages
If Final Destination is banned, all Omegas are banned.
Each player strikes 1 stage from the neutral list and the remaining stage is played on for game 1. The Winner of game 1 will then strike two stages from entire stage list and the loser will pick from remaining stages. Repeat until set is over.
Mewtwo is not legal.
Winners may freely change their character but must choose their characters first.
Winners must report the results of the match to the T.O.
If there are any type or issue before or during a match contact the T.O. for assistance right away.
