Upstate Battle Series will have Tournaments for the following events at the following starting times.
12am-1pm – Free play + Sign-ups
1pm – Melee Doubles start
1pm – Project M start
2pm – Melee low tier
2pm – Melee Singles start
Each individual event costs $5 per person and there's no venue fee.
Please bring a setup / TV with you.

DK 64 is not a counter pick stage for doubles
Wobbling is illegal
The coaching rule is omitted
Ties / Sudden Deaths will be replayed with 1 stock, same settings
Controller ports can't be argued mid set
Picking random for a stage trumps DSR and bans (doesn't apply to striking)
